RMA SES Parent Complaint Policy Academic Standing RMA Amarillo is rated Academically Acceptable by the state of Texas. | School Accountability Rating To access the accountability rating of the district and any school, follow these steps: 1. Go to the State Accountability website of the Texas Education Agency.
2. Select the most current year.
3. Select the "List of Ratings by District."
4. In 1) Select "District Name."
5. In 2) Type Richard Milburn. (Do NOT type Academy or H.S. or ISD after the name.)
6. In 3) Select "Continue."
7. Select "Richard Milburn Academy (Amarillo) in Potter County, ESC 16" (for the school's results).
