RMA Nondiscrimination in Career & Technology Statement (Esp) Academic Standing RMA Killeen is rated Academically Acceptable by the state of Texas. | School Accountability Rating To access the accountability rating of the district and any school, follow these steps: 1.Go to the State Accountability website of the Texas Education Agency.
2.Select the most current year.
3.Select the "List of Ratings by District."
4.In 1) Select "District Name."
5.In 2) Type Richard Milburn. (Do NOT type Academy or H.S. or ISD after the name.)
6.In 3) Select "Continue."
7.Select "Richard Milburn Alter High School in Bell County, ESC 12" (for the school's results).
