My Philosophy of Education
Hello, my name is Erroll V. Garrett, and I am the new Director of RMA-Beaumont. My education philosophy is that success stems from a focused organization. Learning is a reciprocal process that starts with a nurturing and knowledgeable teacher. We strive to educate all students with rigor, relevance and through meaningful relationships. Leaders ensure goals are accomplished and excuses are not accepted. Leaders also facilitate support and encourage an environment where academic achievement occurs consistently and at a high level. My goals for RMA-Beaumont are to establish a high level of success, to create an environment where learning is the norm and to establish a vital and viable working relationship with institutions of higher learning in the Beaumont area. Leaders step forward with knowledge, courage and determination to inspire others to follow and embrace their vision. Any organization can become successful with a data and researched based plan and an unwavering commitment to pursue those essential goals and objectives.
