School Director's Message

The city of Killeen is to be commended for the outstanding job they did to prepare for our students to move to our new location. The Killeen Arts and Activity Center, 802 North 2nd Street, The improved spacious classrooms are a plus to our new learning environment.

It is the mission of Richard Milburn Academy to provide an educational program for ALL students. We welcome the military community, and students in all of the surrounding districts. We offer an enhanced curriculum and boast about our small teacher student ratio of an average of 1 to 15. The new campus comes with a science lab and increased technology in each classroom. Each classroom is equipped with smart boards and many of our teachers are using electronic readers.

To help students achieve, our core values summarized are:

• Customer Satisfaction and Quality Excellence
• Passion and Commitment
• Integrity
• Respect and Humility
• Financial Viability and Profitability
• Change, Flexibility and Resourcefulness
• Team Work, Collaboration and Support
• Discipline, Drive and Hard Work
